the hotel staff were cute and helpful. they addressed all aspects of my stay. the hotel's central location proved advantageous. it made accessing nearby attractions straightforward.
i found the room and bathroom cleanliness lacking. housekeeping left a strong odor. basic amenities were also scarce, as i noticed no kleenex or extra toilet paper. nothing was replenished .

The hotel staff were attentive. They ensured I had everything needed! I particularly appreciated the short walk to nearby restaurants and shops, a huge convenience. I enjoyed the excellent food through room service three times. Each meal was delicious. I found the walk to the train station easy, so a visit to Cobh was simple.
The designated car park was somewhat distant, requiring a 10-15 minute walk with luggage.

the breakfast was good with a great selection and everything was fresh.
i found the soundproofing to be quite poor (it really bothered me). doors banging and water running were easily audible. i feel this is inconsistent with a hotel of this price.
